I tried doing a little searching, but my current client is asking for some different types of data sources for a repeater to consume, so I figured I'd just ask.

The first would be for an Excel spreadsheet or an Access database to feed a repeater - it looked to me like SQL was the only custom way to go about getting custom data.

The second would be to display files from a shared network drive which is something I couldn't find any infromation on and wasn't sure if there was any sort of connection like this.
