Dropdownlist in a document type : localized values?

Hi !

I would like to know the best way to create a dropdownlist with localized values?

I can easily create a dropdownlist field in my document type, but the values are the same in the form, whatever the current language.

How can I design that in the CMS?

(V6.0)
