Multiple Sites Login Problem
Hi,

I have multiple sites running under the same domain:

my.website.com/site1
my.website.com/site2

Every time I click to switch to a different site in CMSDesk's site selector, I get prompted to re-enter my login details, even when I have clicked 'Remember Me'.

All the sites are running on the same domain under the same Kentico installation, and each is setup as a web farm.

How can I get Kentico to not require a login every time?

If you're referring to using the CMSDesk and CMSSiteManager you can change a setting in the CMSSiteManager>Settings>Membership in the Administration section, check the box to Automatically sign-in user when site changes. This will work only when working in CMSDesk and CMSSiteManager, it will not log a user in from site to site that is not an administrator.

Whoa! Spoke too soon.

This only works across sites hosted on different domains.

Multiple sites hosted on the same domain still require a login every time I change sites.

Yep - I needed to enable Single Sign On. I can now jump between multiple sites on the same domain without having to re-authenticate.
