Blank Preview Pages in CMSDesk
Hi,

I've created a new website in Kentico, and added some pages.

None of the pages are visible from the 'Page' tab in CMSDesk. I can view the forms and properties for each page I have created without any problems, but if I click on the 'Page' tab, all I get is a blank page where the preview should be.

If I right-click in the blank frame to view source, the source code is completely empty.

If I click the 'Preview' button in the toolbar, I also get a blank page where the preview should be.

If I navigate to the page manually (by entering the exact URL in the browser), the page renders normally, with the following message at the top of the page:

"This is a preview mode of document Gallery.Closethe preview mode."

What is going on here? Why aren't my page previews rendering in CMSDesk?

Check the SiteManager event log and see if there are any errors in there. Could be a misconfiguration within one of your webparts or bad code in a transformation.

Hi,

What are the template setting for given documents? Are the page templates set or inherited?
What are the culture settings?

It's another Chrome incompatibility.

By the way, I'm running Cummulative hotfix 6.0.47 (http://devnet.kentico.com/Bugtracker/Hotfixes.aspx).

Oh, and I think Cumulative is only supposed to be spelt with one 'm'.

No other users are reporting this - so maybe it is just a combination of some settings. Would it be possible to describe us your whole setup of the CMS or even better grant us with access to it so we can reproduce and inspect the issue?
