SiteManager Setting Lost
Hi,

We've had some problems with our CMS install and have managed to lose the option for "Enable UI personalization" in the CMSSitemanager/Settings/Security & Membership/Administration section.

I've checked the CMS database table "CMS_SettingsKey" for all the "CMSPersonalizeUserInterface" records and the setting values are all still there. It's just not appearing as a checkbox option in the CMSSitemanager interface.

How can I get this editable option back in the SiteManager?

Hello,

If the checkbox is greyed out, switch the site selector in the upper left to "Global".

If the checkbox is completely missing, can you check if the row in CMS_SettingsKey has a value for KeyCategoryID and that it maps to a category within CMS_SettingsCategory?

Thank you for the reply. The KeyCategoryID value was missing, updating the value brought the option back.
