Media Library disappears on export
I have a site running 6.0.4.4 (SP1) and when I export the environment (filesystem as well as database) and transition it to my client, the media library says it exists, but none of the files are listed as present in CMS desk > tools > Media.

I have confirmed that the entries are still in the database and the files are in the filesystem.

Thank you for your message.

What were the settings form media files (devnet.kentico.com/docs/6_0/devguide/exporting_a_site.htm)? Were the "Export media files" and "Export physical files" checked as well?

Yes, those were all checked.

I actually stumbled across the solution this morning. At some point in the transfer, the site code name got changed in the Site Manager. Changing it back to the original brought back the media library.
