Sharepoint Integration
Greetings,
I am using Kentico 6 and trying to integrate documents from Sharepoint to the Kentico website. I am able to connect to the Sharepoint server.

The Sharepoint server is organized by web sites for each of the departments within the company. Some of these departments deploy PDF and Word documents to the public, currently these materials are emailed to me and I upload them to Kentico and serve them from within the Kentico site using tools in the CMS Desk.

I would like to set up a data list or data grid to display these PDF and Word docs from Sharepoint to Kentico. Right now, I am only able to display on my test page is a list from the home page of the Sharepoint site. I am not able to get any of the document lists that are within the web sites on Sharepoint.

Thanks
Mike

RE:Sharepoint Integration
Hi Mike,

Would it be possible to confirm the exact version of your instance? It can be found in the top, right corner of CMS Desk or Site Manager.

Also, have you followed the documentation for configuring this functionality? If so, does the SP user have the appropriate permissions to access the document list you are searching for? If you are able to see the home page it means you have connected, but may not have the appropriate permissions to view the rest.

Best Regards,
Sandro

RE:Sharepoint Integration
Greetings,
Thanks for your reply. My version of Kentico is 6.0.4423.
I followed the instructions as outlined. I am able to connect to the server and I see a list of documents. Just not able to download them - the document names show as clickable links - just no response. Also, there are Sharepoint sites with documents, however, I have not been able to connect to any of the Sharepoint sites.
Thanks

RE:Sharepoint Integration
Hello,

Would it be possible to provide a screenshot of the list that you see when connected to the server? Also, when you say you haven't been able to connect, are you getting some type of error? If you are unable to download files that could mean there is an issue with the credentials under Site Manager -> Settings -> Integration -> Microsoft SharePoint.

If you use the following link directly (with an updated file name) are you able to download files?
