Actually, the only way to handle this is to create a custom solution, i.e. you can handle the event when the document is created - TreeNode handler (CustomTreeNodeHandler class) e.g. OnAfterInsert and then call/create the dynamic newsletter using our API where you will create the dynamic newsletter with necessary properties and send it immediately - API Documentation.
