The resource cannot be found - All Pages
We're just building creditcardresearcher.com.au and we've idnetified a problem with the search engines indexing the site.

Firstly, we noticed that Google hasn't read or indexed any of the pages even though the site has incoming links and been online for a few months. http://www.google.com.au/search?rlz=1C1GGLS_enAU326AU326&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=site:creditcardresearcher.com.au

We've analyzed the website using Submit Express and found that it's returning the wrong page for the homepage also we found it can't read deep pages. For example: -

Analyze this URL http://www.creditcardresearcher.com.au and this URL http://www.creditcardresearcher.com.au/Card-Providers/American-Express-Credit-Cards.aspx in Submit Express (www.submitexpress.com/analyzer/).

It seems the CMS is serving search bots different web pages to that of normal users.

Are we missing something in the CMS settings? How can we get Google to index the site?

Thanks in advance!

James.

RE:The resource cannot be found - All Pages
Hello James,

I tried the analyzer and everything seems to be OK.

Maybe the problem was that the site was not linked on different sites and that is why the google robots do not visit it. I would recommend you to find the rules of Google and study it. Maybe this article could you, too: SEO: How to Get Your Website Found in Google

RE:The resource cannot be found - All Pages
Hello Helena,

Thanks for the reply.

The developer spent about 12 hours on this issue, turns out that it was an issue with the server. Damn IIS wouldn't map the site for web 0.9 or 1.0 but 1.1 (humans) worked fine...

All sorted now.

Thanks again!

James.
