Can't create new ASPX templates
I have just installed CMS v5.5.3789 on Windows 7 x64. When attempting to create a new ASPX template, if choosing the ASPX file through the "select" option, I receive error "file doesn't exist." If I manually enter the path it is created, but I receive 404 when trying to edit the document in CMSDesk.

Hello,

Could you please provide us with detailed error message? (for instance some screenshot would be great)

Please also try to find appropriate error message from the Event log (Site Manager -> Administration -> Event log). This will be necessary as well.

Moreover, does this occur for other web templates as well?

Actually this seems to be a bug, fixed in 5.5.1 hotfix. Please apply the latest one: http://devnet.kentico.com/Bugtracker/Hotfixes.aspx
