BizForm will not submit in Firefox

I am using a BizForm on our website, and everything works fine...except that it will not submit the form in Firefox.

Every time I try to submit the form, it tells me that the entered values can't be saved. I have double- and triple-checked everything having to do with this form and can't figure out this problem. Google searching was of no use either.

If anyone has this problem, had it and fixed it, or just knows how to fix it, any response would be great.

Hi,

Could you please confirm that oyu are able to submit the form in other browsers? I have never seen this behavior before.

Which version of Kentico CMS and FireFox do you use?
Do you use Alternative form for the bizform? If so, could you please check on the bizform's Fields tab the fields which are set NOT to allow empty value and are set to be displayed in the editing form - are they present in the custom alternative form (or on the live site)?
Because if you do not use this field - which does not allows emtpy value in your alternative form, you won't be able submit the form because the field cannot be empty.

If not, is it possible to see the form online?

Hey Juraj,

Thanks for the reply. I am able to submit the form in Internet Explorer; however, the validation still seems to be wonky when I use Firefox. If you would like, I can give you a link to the form in an email. I do not receive the posts, however, so I do not wish to have the form spammed.

For some reason there was a validation error with the comments section of my form...I guess at one point I had made it a max of 10 chararacters (although I do not remember doing so.) Thank you for your help, and sorry for the bonehead mistake. Jon
