Image added through Media Library has broken link
Hi guys,

I just noticed a bug when inserting images from Media Library and folder name where image is located has a space in it.

For example, I'm trying to add and image to editable text region and I navigated to Media Library and selected an image. In Media library window link looks like this:

/CorporateSite/media/oht/Template%20Images/oht-logo.png

So CMS already replaced space with %20 which is OK but then when I press insert button image is not there. When I check source code I noticed that link looks like this:

/CorporateSite/media/oht/Template%2520Images/oht-logo.png

CMS added "25" after percentage character. It looks like when insert button is pressed CMS would do another conversion and replace "%" with "%25" which is actual code for percentage.

Is there a hotfix for this?

Hello,

Could you please let me know on what version (main version and hotfix or build number) are you using, so I can try to reproduce the issue on the correct version?
I've tried that on the 5.5 R2 version with the hotfix number 10 applied and everything works fine.

Hi Boris,

Our version is v5.5.3999.

Please let me know if you need more information. I might even take video capture to show you the bug.

Hello,

I was finally able to reproduce the issue. This was a bug on the 5.5 version. Could you please upgrade to the 5.5R2 version and apply the latest hotfix? I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
