Import toolkit 5.5 data mapping lost when 'showing advanced columns'

When ticking the box to 'show advanced columns', any manual data mapping entries are lost. It looks like the 'automatic' mappings replace any manual ones.

FYI - Unticking the box does not bring the mappings back.
- Just in case there were two ways to save (advanced and normal), I tried putting in manual mappings when the box is ticked and then trying to save, but when reloading the app, the mappings are still lost.

I just discovered a workaround - If I tick the 'show advanced columns' and then use the 'previous' button to go back to the file-choosing form, and then use the 'next' button to go all the way back to step 6, the 'show advanced columns' tickbox is still ticked, but now I have my mappings populating the fields properly.
