New hotfix 5.5R2.28 (4191) help icon has black border

Just a minor gui issue - the help icon now has a black border:

It looks like a a css class has been removed from the CMSDesk.css:

In case you can't read that:

    border: none;
}

Used to be between lines 20 and 21 of the new file. (old file is on the right of Beyond Compare (the green stripey window))

Hello,

I've applied the mentioned hotfix however I wasn't able to reproduce the mentioned issue. Are you sure this wasn't modified by someone in your company? I've compared the previous version of this file and there were made only modifications regarding padding and margin. Could you please once more try to download the mentioned hotfix and compare the files?
