Upgrade to 5.5 - Wrong Culture
Hi, I just completed an upgrade from version 5.0 to 5.5 for a site I am working on. I did not change any settings along the way, but now my CMSDesk and CMSSiteManager are loading all text in Czech, even though my site's default (and only) culture is English. Is there anything I can do to get around this?

Hi,

I will post here how was this issue resolved, just for other user's reference:

On the logon screen there is a drop down list for selecting language and in this case the Czech language was selected. After changing it back to English, everything works fine.

Is this related to the message we got in SQL server after running the upgrade script:

"Language chaned to en-english" (not exactly this message, but something like that?)

Hi,

I am not sure, because I do not know which message you got in SQL server.

But basically the problem above was in the language drop down list on the logon page, where incorrect language was selected.
