Server Error in '/' Application after upgrade from 5.0 to 5.5
Hi,
After upgrade from ver 5.0.19 το 5.5.3789 I cannot access my site.
On Site Manager - Sites I have the error message

(SELECT COUNT(*) FROM View_Node_Document WHERE (NodeSiteID = CMS_Site.SiteID)) AS Documents

WHERE 1=1 ) SELECT *, (SELECT COUNT(*) FROM AllData) AS CMS_TOT FROM AllData WHERE CMS_RN BETWEEN 1 AND 25: caused exception: Invalid column name 'CMS_RN'.

Hi,

I have read the article, the error caused by, that the database is not upgraded, but I uploadet the files from the version 5.5.

Who you think is the best way to upgrade into a surround of shared hosted server, where there are limited rights and tools.

Hi Chris,


You need to upgrade the database as well.

The best way may be downloading the project folder and restoring the live database on your local machine, then you can upgrade and if it is OK, then upload it back to the hosting server.
