How I can do this ? It is posible for example: create pack for new layput (in pack: masterpage, css, images) and then select in kentico CMS that use this pack ?

Hello,

You can design your site as shown in following chapter: devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/portal_engine_overview.htm, please go through all articles in there.

Regarding creating packages, yes, it's possible to create export package with particular objects: devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/exporting_objects.htm and import it to pre-existing site: devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/importing_a_site_or_objects.htm
