CSS Stylesheet versions
I currently am working on a couple of sites in Kentico. I accidentally updated Site A with Site B's stylesheet through the cms editor.

Is there a way to revert back to an earlier version of the stylesheet or do I have to redo everything?

Regrettably, there is no such option. You will have to create the stylesheet from scratch.
