I am not aware of any such a tool for Kentico CMS right now. But on of our developers is working on a tool (in his free time) which will convert HTML code into page templates for Kentico or vice versa - I am not sure right now which way it will work. Anyway, as soon as it will be finished and tested, it will be added at least to the Marketplace section on this portal.
