Plain emails from Forums have unnessary characters
We set email encoding to UTF-8 and email format to plaintext. The emails sent from forums based on subscriptions contains a lot of unnecessary characters. Dashes and apostrophes are replaced by @ characters. See an example below:

UnhideWhenUsed="false" Name="Medium Grid 3 Accent 6" /><w:LsdException Locked="false" Priority="70" SemiHidden="false"
UnhideWhenUsed="false" Name="Dark List Accent 6" /><w:LsdException Locked="false" Priority="71" SemiHidden="false"
UnhideWhenUsed="false" Name="Colorful Shading Accent 6" /><w:LsdException Locked="false" Priority="72" SemiHidden="false"
UnhideWhenUsed="false" Name="Colorful List Accent 6" /><w:LsdException Locked="false" Priority="73" SemiHidden="false"
UnhideWhenUsed="false" Name="Colorful Grid Accent 6" /><w:LsdException Locked="false" Priority="19" SemiHidden="false"
UnhideWhenUsed="false" QFormat="true" Name="Subtle Emphasis" /><w:LsdException Locked="false" Priority="21" SemiHidden="false"
UnhideWhenUsed="false" QFormat="true" Name="Intense Emphasis" /><w:LsdException Locked="false" Priority="31" SemiHidden="false"
UnhideWhenUsed="false" QFormat="true" Name="Subtle Reference" /><w:LsdException Locked="false" Priority="32" SemiHidden="false"
UnhideWhenUsed="false" QFormat="true" Name="Intense Reference" /><w:LsdException Locked="false" Priority="33" SemiHidden="false"
UnhideWhenUsed="false" QFormat="true" Name="Book Title" />

ruin any financial benefits you might gain from switching. Also, ask your current carrier what special incentives they have to keep you @em@around. They usually provide deep discounts toward the purchase of a new phone @ as long as you@re up for a multi-year service plan

We like to send email as plaintext. Any suggestions on preserving the text without those extra characters and @ substitution.

RE:Plain emails from Forums have unnessary characters
Hi,

could you please check plain text version of your Forums - New post template (Site Manager - Development - Email templates)?

Could you please try to reinsert its content using notepad (insert the content into notepad, copy it from notepad and insert into Plain text version textbox) to make sure, there are really only plaintext characters in the textbox?

Which version of Kentico CMS you are using and in which mail client you have received such email?

Thank you for information.

Best regards,
Ivana Tomanickova
