Configure preinstalled widgets to use https
Hello,

We have a kentico site which is only acced via HTTPS. we now had an issue where as a user will add a widget such as google maps or new york times and IE displays a warning saying the site contains insecure content.

This is because the widget is pulling java etc.. from the http versions of the nyt and google sites.

Is there a way to update that url to be https?

RE:Configure preinstalled widgets to use https
Hello,

As it turns out the mentioned services which are used in those widget don't support the https protocol and that's why the widgets don't support it either. It simply isn't possible to get the content for those services through the SSL protocol.

Best regards,
