Problems to create and article
Hello,

I'm totally noob to Kentico and I am having difficulty creating an article. I have created the article but it does not appear when I try to preview. I read some tutorials but none helped me. I know that sounds kind of stupid but I really need help.
Follows the example below:

RE:Problems to create and article
Hi,

the best way how to start is to install a default corporate site on which you can see how it works:
Web site templates

On the site there is a section Articles in the section Examples - web parts -Articles.

Here is a brief summary of things which have to be done.

First of all you need to create a document type (a template) based on which will be articles created (or you can use a default one):
defining document types

Then you need to create a content tree in the CMS Desk, something like:
Articles (page menu item document)
- article1 (article document)
- article2 (article document)

In Design tab of Articles document insert a repeater web part and select a article document type in its Document types property.
Then you need to define Transformation and Selected item transformation. For inspiration you can take a look at Corporate site to see how it is written. You can find its definition in a Site Manager - Development - document types - <document_type> - Transformations tab.

With above properties you should be able to see the content of article.
