You only need to register the assembly to the appropriate .dll file in your .aspx file, as you can see it in the official FCKeditor documentation. Please note, you can find this .dll also in the /Bin folder of your project. Just a side note: We will abandon the FCKeditor in the next version and use the new CKeditor instead.
