Content Staging - Duplicates Items

Hi,

I have using Content Staging to deploy changes from development server to production.

I got one same document on each server with same document name. Unfortunately, the content staging process creating a new document [example document name](1) instead of updating the existing document.

Please advise how should I handle this issue.

Hi Matt,

Could you please provide me with more details?
1) What version and hotfix are you using?
2) How did you modify the document before synchronization?

Could you please also check whether the NodeGUID values of the document are the same on both servers? You can check it in CMS_Tree table.
