Is there a way to include template specific JS at the bottom of a page like you can in the HEAD using the Header tab in the template properties window?

Hi,

You could use Java Script webpart and insert it into appropriate page template.

If you would like to add javascript into head tag from your template you could use Head HTML webpart for this purpose.
