This error message is randomly showing up when accessing our staging site.

Please advise,

Hello,

Could you please try to check the box "Combine with default culture" in CMSSiteManager / Settings / Web site if it's not? I would also recommend you to put the site into the debug mode to check, what's causing the issue.

I've ticked the box, will see if this will happen again.

About the debug mode, how can I do that?

To enable debugging, please follow this article. Please also check the Event log in CMSSiteManager / Administration if there is any additional information about this issue.
