I have just signed up for Host Gators new Windows Hosting service and I'm attempting to install Kentico there but have continually ran into issues. I'm new to Kentico and therefore not very famliar with the installation process. Additionally, I've not done much with Windows Hosting either. I know my host is running .Net 4 and has SQL Server backend and I'm installing to the httpdocs folder.

I have copied all of the files from the KenticoCMS folder directly into the httpdocs folder and have only successfully gotten the database configuration screen once...when that happened one of the queries that was processing had a problem (apparently it didn't like the hypen in our domain name) and it couldn't proceed to create the website. The advice that I read stated to try the install process again, so I removed the database, the Kentico files and uploaded the package again...now I'm getting 500 Internal Server errors, sometimes 403 errors, and even Server Not available errors.

I'm not sure where to start and could use some advice. Thanks in advance!
