Is there additional information available, in context to KenticoCMS, about installing MSSQL (2008 R2)with minimal permissions? For example, should NETWORK SERVICE ever be used or should a separately created local user account with minimal permissions be used and what minimal permissions could be used?

I'd like to lock down the server as much as possible.

Hi,

in general it is more secure to create a custom user account. It should be sufficient to add a user into appropriate group. On Win7 the name of group is IIS_IUSRS. For more details please take a look here:
