Hi,

We are facing issue when importing the site. Though it shows successful message, but when i visit the site It shows "The web site doesn't contain any content. Sign in to CMS Desk and edit the content." I analyzed the problem and found that the document contents are not updated in the database. when i import, i found that the document level permissions are not enabled. But actually i have enabled all check box related to the documents. please give me solution for this. please refer the image that option is not available for me when i import. Can you please guide am i missing any thing?

Hi,

What is the exact version of the CMS?
Would it be possible to provide us with the export package so we can reproduce it on our end too?
Have you tried applying the latest hotfix for your CMS version?
Moreover, could you please check this FAQ too?

Problem solved.

we have multiple sites, so when ever we export, we select relevant items for the site.
Actually While exporting the site i did not selected the "root" document for the site.
It caused the issue. so whenever u export the site please make sure relevant document items are checked, This may help some people.
