We are using Kentico v5.5.3789. It's been upgraded from v3 (I believe) long time ago. The site has been working fine until we have introduced reverse proxy in the pre-production environment.

The symptom is that, if we tried to login to CMS on IE, it just kept on reloading the same page non-stop.

FF, after entered username & password, it just stayed on the loging page. Had to manually type /cmsdesk/default.aspx into the url. Then, when click on "Switch to Site Manager", it just took you back to the login page again.

The front-end seems to work fine but can't click the link to get out of "preview mode".

Other pages on the front-end using https, which worked fine before having reverse proxy, suddenly, can't load the page, error below.
