Launching Site Manager
I've been going through the 'ASPX Templates' tutorial and added TwoColumnTemplate.aspx which appears in Solution Explorer. At this point, the tutorial says sign into Site Manager, but it's not apparent how to launch this.

I'd appreciate any ideas on this. Thanks.
