Installing Elmah on version 5.5.3803

Hi,
I'm trying to get Elmah to work on my kentico install. I've installed elmah successfully on other asp.net web applicatons, but this is the first time I've tried it on Kentico.

I've found the super-helpful article here: http://devnet.kentico.com/Knowledge-Base/API-and-Internals/ELMAH-(Error-Logging-Modules-and-Handlers)-integra.aspx on how to do it. But it doesn't work for me, I keep getting a 404 error when trying to load /elmah.axd.

Could this be related to my configuring Kentico for 'custom URL extensions' (http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/index.html AND http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/index.html?configuration_of_custom_url_extensions.htm) ?

FYI - the Elmah 64x demo runs fine on the server. You can run the demo by running demo.cmd when you unpack the elmah binaries.

I finally got it working - I was missing the elmah entry in the system.webServer node: <system.webServer>
