tree menu cannot be expended in CMSdesk

hi there,

I transferred my site to a new web hosting, what I did is :

1. download the latest Kentico CMS and install on the new web hosting
2. export site from the previous hosting
3. import to the new CMS

and the issue I get is:

All page and functions look fine, but the page tree menu on the left hand column could not be expanded in CMS desk.

Hello.

How exactly did you install new Kentico instance on a new web hosting server, please? Did you use procedure described in our Developer´s guide? What is version of Kentico CMS you exported site from, please? Are these 2 instances of the same version? Do you have any record related to this problem in your Event log, in Site Manager -> Administration section? Thank you.
