Could you please confirm that you have added a new project to your Kentico CMS web solution with your codes and that you have rebuilt the project? In this case a new dll file with your custom assembly name should be created in your bin folder. Can you please confirm this?

There is also one another approach that you can try to use without building a dll.

Please also read the blog post comments. In this case, you should not need to add project to your web site solution and compile it.

Could you please also let me know what happens after you complete the order and if tehre is an entry in the Event log regarding this issue?
