Developing a site which will have 1000s of articles: Best practice for article management

Hi,

Developing a site which will have 10000s of articles which is the best practice for article management.

By just adding articles beneath each category node, we will soon face the problem that these nodes will have an (almost) infinite list of article docs (or not?).

How to we solve this situation?

Hi John,

You can set the Max tree nodes in the Site Manager -> Settings -> <your site> -> Content management. For example if you set the Max tree nodes to 10 and there are 20 documents under some node, only 10 of them and a link click here for more ... will be displayed. After click on click here for more ... link, you will be redirected to List mode where you can manage the documents.
