Media gallery webpart only displays vertical list instead of grid view

Hi there,

I've created a Media Library and want to display it on a page using the Media Gallery webpart. Following the 5.5 developers guide i added the simple webpart and pointed it to the newly created Media Library, and it displays the content, but it displays it as a simple vertical list, instead of a nice horizontal grid-type list with thumbnails (as is shown in the developer's guide example, and countless other screenshots).

I've tried changing all sorts of settings but nothing changes the resulting way it is displayed on the page.

Can anyone point out where I'm going wrong?

Hi,

The pasted images doesn't seem to work to illustrate your issue, but anyway, the appearance is "only" a matter of appropriate Transformations and a stylesheet (CSS) that's used by the Media gallery.

I would recommend to check the sample Corporate Site and in the web part examples, examine which structure and classes are rendered in the used transformations and check the site stylesheet which references those classes...
