I have already seen that page and it does not say anything about what the Direct Uploader is supposed to do.

Presently, I have it in a site to upload a logo image. The site uses multiple cultures and a different logo may be used in each culture.

When I click 'update', the logo is changed for every culture, with the image displayed being the last one updated regardless of which culture node makes the update.

When I click 'delete' and then 'upload', the image changes for that culture only.

This seems like a non-intuitive behavior, so I am wondering if it was designed that way - hence the request for a link describing the behavior of the control and not its look.

Hi,

could you please provide exact steps I could follow to reproduce this issue? The operations upload, delete, update should be related only to particular document culture. I tried to reproduce this issue, but for me the behavior was correct.

1. I updated an cms.article document type, so that direct uploader field was a part of document I created.
2. I translated this document to the second and the third culture.
3. Now I tried to upload file and the file was uploaded only in particular culture. So I uploaded different pictures to different cultures. Operations with delete and update operations were similar.

I tested behavior with the hotfix 6.0.33.
