Error On first run
Just installed Kentico CMS 5 to server and it went ok. However then after launching and running through the database setup and all going ok when the site is launched i get the following message:
"[Error loading the layout 'lt']
The file '/CMSTemplateLayouts/cms/toplogoandmenu.ascx' does not exist."
Any ideas?

It seems that you are running on Medium Trust environment. Could you please follow these instructions?
