Hi Sansugoi,

You can add print link using javascript. Please see e.g. http://www.javascriptkit.com/howto/newtech2.shtml page for more details. You can put the javascript code into your master template so it appears on all pages.

You can also set printer friendly CSS styles that will be used on printed page. Please see Printer friendly CSS styles article for more details and example.

Thanks for replying my query.I know about this javascript but what I want is t print only the page content, this javascript will print the window which includes the left menu, top menu, top images but I only want to print the page content only how can we do that please guide me how to do that.

Hello Sansugoi, You could create linked document for the page, set this linked document not to inherit any content (in 'Edit -> Properties -> Template' section) and let user print this page.
