I asked our Product manager and was told that there are plans to include multiuser messaging to version 6.0 and general messaging module improvements, but I can't promise you at the moment it will be done for sure.

Anyway, you can try to add a vote or increase the vote number in our UserVoice portal: kentico.uservoice.com/forums/33767-general-suggestions.
