So, I was trying to rebuild the index and it kept saying thread being aborted, and the app would end and restart. CLaiming there was an IIS Config change.

Well this happened every 5 seconds, the Kentico Event Log was very handy at letting me know things weren't working correctly.

Come to find out IIS 7.0 on Vista or Windows Server 2008 has a bit of a problem with a buffer to make a long story short. There is a hotfix out there for it.

Figured I'd share this in case anyone else enters the nightmare that I was in hehe.
