Issue with Campaign tracking
I am encountering a very odd error with our campaign tracking part of our Kentico analytics. I am having zero issues with it tracking in my local development instance on my machine but on the production server it is not tracking the "hits" of the campaign. It was working up until about this month because we were using it quite regularly.

We are running version: 5.5.3996 R2

We have some customizations in our PortalTemplate but those same customizations are in my local development instance so I don't think that is the issue.

I am wondering if there is anything I can double check that may have went out of whack? I verified all settings in the Site Manager and they reflect as they should on a global and site level too.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

If you're still experiencing the issue, we would recommend to focus on finding any configuration differences between the local server and production server.
Comapre IIS settings, extensionless URLs configuration, check the Event logs if there is any clue...
Then you could check the filesystem permissions and Analytics processing scheduled tasks, if everything is okay.
There were also some related bugs fixed (e.g. with extensionless urls), so we can recommend applying the latest hotfix for 5.5 R2.
