Can you specify how you added the script - was it to the head region of the master template at the root of your website? Have you a URL for it? I cannot think of anything other than cache at them moment. have you restarted the website through the Kentico site manager?

I would like to ask you the same as Gavin did.

Is the only change you have done adding your script into "Master page" section of your root document, in CMSDesk -> Content -> Edit mode? Or did you add it somewhere else too? If you removed all you added before and cache is clear, so far I don´t see a reason for this behavior. Could you place some screenshots here, please? Thank you.
