RE:Problem with FCKeditor
Hello,

Could you please let us know which version of Kentico CMS you are using?

Did you upgrade from older version?

Furthermore, had you done any customization before you run into this issue?

Could you please post here a screenshot of what you can see instead of the FCK editor?

Moreover, is this issue specific for one browser or have you tried to use different one? What browser do you use?

By default, FCK Editor is located in ~/CMSAdminControls/FCKEditor. So could you please make sure that there is this folder exists?

Best regards,
Michal Legen

RE:Problem with FCKeditor
Hello,

Sorry, but the description of the issue is too vague to solve it. We will need more information in order to help you.

Had you done any customization before you run into this issue?

What do you mean that FCK editor is invisible? Do you get any error message?

Could you please post here a screenshot of what you can see instead of the FCK editor?

Can you see the FCK editor when you are logged as a global administrator?

Moreover, is this issue specific for one browser or have you tried to use different one? What browser do you use?

Could you please let us know which version of Kentico CMS you are using?

Did you upgrade from older version?

Could you please clarify how did you move from the old server to the new one? Did you use import/export module?

Thank you.

Best regards,

RE:Problem with FCKeditor
Hello,

Could you please verify if you have the following key in the web.config:

<add key="FCKeditor:BasePath" value="/CMSAdminControls/FCKEditor/" />

and if not, add it there?

Could you please please check if there are any javascript errors on the page (for example using FireBug)?
