positioning FAQ to top of page

I notice on your FAQ at http://devnet.kentico.com/FAQs/General.aspx#FAQ46
that when user clicks on a question, it positions to top of page. This is very easy for user to follow & understand.

When we implemented webpart: cms.questionlistansweronclick
clicking on a question does NOT position the question to the top of the page.

How do we achieve the same functionality as your FAQ?
