Can Blog Comments Web Part be used for another doc type?
I need the functionality of allowing users to comment on a particular doc type. I wanted to see if the Blog Comments view web part allowed this for something other than a blog doc type. I need to functionality of allowing users to leave comments as well as read others comments.

Hi,

for this you can use a message board web part which allows add comments on some document. This web part works the similar way as an editable text web part, i.e. its content is connected with document. In other words using one massage board web part you can have a different comments on two documents.
