could you please provide more details about your requirement? Unfortunately, I am not familiar with msn portal template. What is its additional functionality?

The original portal template is located here, you can customize it according to your needs:
~/CMSPages/PortalTemplate.aspx.cs

The msn template that i said, is only a header and footer of MSN portal. My problem, is on Bing TextBox, the template has a <form> tag to do the Bing search.

So i can use it editing the PortalTemplate, to separate <form> (bing, and c# page), but i guess it is not correct. If i create another site i will use de same template on PortalTemplate.

But i resolved the problem by editing the mater page layout on CMSDesk.
