Hi,

Can our users post a blog from our front end site or he/she can post a blog only from cmsdesk panel????

Hello,

You can take advantage of using User contribution web part that allows you to create content editing interface for site members. It means that chosen website visitors can create, edit and delete content, even if they are not editors and cannot access CMS Desk.
