Hiding the design tab
Hi there,

I want to hide or disable the design tab in cmsdesk for my CMS.Root document type.

I've been able to hide it's 'page' tab by setting the Editing page field of its document type to point to a dummy html page but there is no equivalent field for design mode.

Hi Paul,

Regrettably, there is no native support for this. You would need to ensure this by customization of ~\CMSModules\Content\CMSDesk\Edit\EditTabs.aspx(.cs) page.
