Unable to see Design tab.
Hello,

I am unable to see design tab when Iog in to cmsdesk though I am able to see all the other tabs . I am therefore not able to add a ascx control to my page (meant for sending emails from link http://www.kentico.com/docs/devguide/index.html?modifying_the_code_of_standard_web_parts.htm) and test it.
I request you to kindly suggest a solution.

Can I add the usercontrol directly if the design tab is not visible(it should be according to the tutorial)If I drag it to a template a link alone is dragged.

Hello,

The ASPX templates do not use the Design tab, only Portal pages use it. Unless you are sure about the difference between them please see this article: http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/portal_templates_vs_aspx_templates.htm
